I have been a loyal customer for years! Excellent buyer and seller experiences. I’ve purchased my last four vehicles from Dan at 802 Auto and any work or regular maintenance needed is done here in house by Derek. I continue to have great experiences with Dan and the mechanic at 802. A bizarre TPMS issue took several attempts to resolve, thanks to their patience and persistence, and they even completed the work while fixing a broken window (that shattered due to the cold weather) for half of what the cheapest price offered in Chittenden county was. Thanks Dan and crew at 802Auto.

The owner made it very easy in a time crunch to trade my car in for my elelantra. He was easygoing to work with, and made sure i knew all the details of the car before purchasing. The car itself was very clean, in great condition and a great deal.

We always had used cars that need this and that. 802 sets a very high standard in used car dealership and service. Service manager Derek is the best mechanic out there, he knows anything and everything about cars, and I greatly appreciate his work and keeping my car safely on the road for years. We appreciate the owner Dan providing a loaner car when needed, it is a big help. We recently got me a new car, first time ever, and I choose the scheduled maintenance at 802 over the dealership because I trust Derek the most.

Derek at 802 Auto has helped us keep our cars reliable so many times over the years that I felt it time to express thanks with a review. Derek and his brother Chad were fixing cars since teenagers and has kept up with all technology advances through hands on dedication to his craft. He has all the right tools, experience, knowledge, and capability to be efficient and do it right the first time. As with many things 30 plus years of experience goes a long way.As for Dan it is a similar story as he has been doing used cars for a very long time. He knows how to find great quality cars and sell them for a fair price. His professionalism and customer service has been greatly appreciated more than a few times. Their service center does top notch work! Communicates with me about cost of repairs and timelines up front and always patiently answers all of my questions. I don’t trust anyone else working on our family vehicles. Also, we purchased a vehicle from here, the sales process was smooth and several years later the car is still a daily driver and runs great!! Highly recommend.
